Eleven to fifteen run $3,849 with 15 calls. Use your calls however you want across your portfolio. Schedule them in advance, hold them for when something comes up, or split them. Each call includes up to 3 cubic yards hauled and photo documentation of the work. Additional calls run $259. The first 10 Priority Accounts lock founding rates of $299, $1,299, $2,499, or $3,499 per month for their first 12 months. More than fifteen properties gets a custom quote.
Do unused service calls roll over to the next month?
No. Calls reset on the first of each month. That is what keeps the price flat and the math honest for both of us. If you want a visit on the books before the month ends, schedule it and you get a documented property check even if there is nothing to haul.
What happens if you show up for a scheduled call and there is nothing to haul?
You still get full value. We photograph the dumpster area and common spots, and you receive a timestamped report showing the property is clear. That report is your proof of compliance, the thing you forward when ownership or the city asks. A clean visit is not a wasted visit. It is the insurance working.
