Curb Day by Tipping Point

Priced like the whole street chipped in. Because it did.

A washing machine sized pile of junk. Seventy five bucks. Gone Saturday. Your street shares the route, you keep the savings: $75 per cubic yard on your Curb Day, zero trip fees. You can book just one yard, and we roll out as soon as your zone hits the 5 yard combined qualifier. Appliances add $20 each for refrigerant/muscle handling.

Once a month, on your neighborhood's Curb Day, our trailer rolls through your community and picks up everything neighbors have booked. One shared trip, so everyone pays only for their own yardage. And every cubic yard we haul sends $1 to support Charleston neighbors experiencing homelessness.

Four steps. You never wait around.

Find your Curb Day

Text us your address at (843) 367-9548. We reply with your neighborhood's monthly Curb Day. Every zone has a fixed Saturday.

Book by photo

Text a photo of your items and how many yards you are clearing. We confirm your exact price. Prepay by card. Booking closes Thursday at 8 PM, and your Saturday pickup window comes by text on Friday.

Curb it when we text you

You get a message when the truck is about an hour out. Put your items at the curb. You do not need to be home.

Gone by mid-morning

Your items disappear, your curb is clear, and your receipt lands by text. Metal gets recycled and usable furniture gets donated where possible.

Pricing

Transparent pricing

ServicePrice
Curb Day pickup$75 per cubic yard. No minimum on your own booking. One item is fine. The day itself runs once your zone books 5 cubic yards total.
Driveway Assist+$20 flat. We pull items from your open garage or driveway, visible from the street.
Appliances+$20 each. Fridges, freezers, washers. They require extra handling and muscle.
Mattress or box spring+$50 each on top of yardage (covers disposal facility charges).
Found more stuff?Add yards at the curb, same $75 rate, one tap approval by text.
Cannot wait for Curb Day?On-demand pickup any weekday: $225 minimum covers up to 2 yards. 3 yards runs $270, 4 yards runs $340, and 5 yards or more runs $85 per yard.

Why do we accept single items on Curb Day? Because the whole street shares one trip. One trailer, one route, everybody splits the efficiency once the zone hits the 5-yard activator.

Your Zone

How your Curb Day goes live

A zone is your specific neighborhood or apartment community. Your zone's Curb Day activates once 5 cubic yards are booked zone wide—roughly five washing machines or one garage cleanout. We text you your zone's progress as bookings come in.

If a zone does not fill, every booking rolls automatically to next month's date (or full refund upon request). Prepayment intact, nothing to redo.

The List

What we take, and what we cannot

We take

Furniture, appliances, exercise equipment, grills without propane tanks, patio furniture, toys, bagged household junk, boxed items, bikes, rugs. Mattresses and box springs (with $50 pass-through fee).

We cannot take

Paint, stains, solvents, motor oil, gasoline, propane tanks, pool chemicals, pesticides, tires, batteries, asbestos, medical waste, ammunition, fireworks. TVs, computers, and monitors (banned from landfills by SC law).

Note: Charleston County convenience centers accept household hazardous waste, electronics, oil, and batteries from residents for free.

Heavy debris like dirt, rock, concrete, brick, tile, roofing shingles, sod, and wet carpet requires a separate weekday quote.

Straight Answers

Curb Day questions

How do I know how many yards I have?

One yard is about one washing machine. A three seat sofa is about 2 yards. A full pickup bed is about 2 yards. Send a photo and we'll confirm.

What if I only have one small item?

That's exactly who this is for. $75, gone Saturday once the zone activates.

What if my zone does not reach 5 yards by Curb Day?

Roll your booking to next month's date or take a full refund to your card. You are never charged for a pickup that didn't happen.

Do you go inside houses?

No. Curbside, or open garage/driveway with Driveway Assist.

Is this allowed by my HOA?

Items sit at the curb for under an hour on a Saturday morning. If your board wants our schedule for the newsletter, have them text us.
