A Priority Account is compliance insurance: a set number of monthly service calls, pooled across your whole portfolio, used scheduled or on call. Overflow shows up, you call, we respond within 24 hours.
Every call includes up to 1 ton / 3 cubic yards hauled and same-day photo documentation in your inbox. Single property retainer starts at $399 per month.
Curb Day for your community
Once a month, residents book bulk items by text, prepay by card, and stage their own items at ground level. We roll through, it disappears, and residents pay only $75 per cubic yard. The association pays nothing.
Your staff lifts nothing and stages nothing. Activates once 5 cubic yards are booked community wide.
